Explore the foods of Malaysia, Jamaica or Greece as well as many other different taste sensations. Choose a complete meal or a nibble. It's Vancouver so there will naturally be coffee. To complete your culinary trip-around-the-globe select something to cool your palate.

Jang Mo Jib - Jang Mo Jib Korean Restaurant is a locally based restaurant business focused on providing quality traditional Korean cuisine to all of our customers. Having started with one restaurant in 1995, JMJ has grown to 4 locations and strives toward becoming the first Korean Restaurant Chain in all of Canada. With emphasis on fine ingredients along with the aim to satisfy all different ethnicities, from hearty soups and stews to our numerous bbq dishes, JMJ wishes to create a special place for Korean food in all our patrons bellies!

JJ's Hot Cobs - JJ's Hot Cobs is a Vancouver based company. We specialize in roasting corn. The company was established in the Spring of 2008. Many of you might have seen us at the Summer Night Market and various events and festivals last season. We serve delicious roasted corn in the husk with a wide variety of condiments. With three roasters we can be at multiple locations at once. We hope to be at more events this coming season.

Insomniac's Coffee Kiosk - I would like you welcome you to the 2009 Rio Tinto Alcan Dragon Boat Races. The group at Insomniac´s Coffee Co. are looking forward to fulfilling your coffee needs once again this year. To do this, we built a brand new mobile coffee kiosk, (actually, it is a very beautiful van that is impossible to miss!) and we have arranged it so we can be closer than ever to Paddler´s Village! As usual, you can expect us there around 6:30 am on both Saturday and Sunday. Have yourselves a great season, and we are looking forward to seeing you soon!

Mini Melts BC - Ice Cream - Mini Melts "The Ice Cream Dream" offers something exciting and new. This is a super-premium kernel shaped-ice cream with a unique texture and flavour that has been flash frozen through a special manufacturing process that locks in all flavour and taste. The end product is served and stored at an extreme low temperature of -40°C, the result being an outstanding cold sensation while the ice cream melts in your mouth. "Worlds Coldest Ice Cream"

Mini Melts is manufactured using cryogenics. Cryogenics use liquid Nitrogen (which is totally inert and tasteless) to instantaneously freeze Mini Melts to less than -187°C. This is close to the coldest temperature achievable on earth. This rapid freezing process enables Mini Melts to "lock in" the flavour, while specialized storage freezers are used to guarantee the highest flavour and quality are maintained.

Salt Spring Coffee Co. - We are one of Western Canada's most respected artisan roasters of 100% certified organic, fair-trade, shade-grown, and carbon-neutral coffees. We use fuel-efficient cars and bio-diesel fuel in our delivery trucks, and approximately 1% of our sales go towards social and environmental causes. We sell merchandise that has been screened as environmentally friendly. At our cafés, we actively promote the use of reusable travel mugs instead of paper cups. We are also one of the world's first carbon neutral coffee roasters, and our efforts have been recognized by the David Suzuki Foundation.
