Team Tents

  • Please limit your team tents to a maximum of two 10X10 pop up tents, and limit overflow.
  • Please keep team tents out of marshalling and pre-marshalling areas.
  • Racer wristbands are not required. Teams will be allowed to set up their tents in the designated area only on Friday from 3-5 PM Saturday starting at 7:30 AM.
  • Teams are NOT permitted to set-up their tent on the grass/outside the designated area unless there are specific reasons required to do so. If this is the case, please check-in at Race Registrar before setting up your tent.
  • Please note that tent spaces will not be marked, but can follow the sandy portion of the beach between Harrison Lake and the Lagoon. Please ask at the information tent before setting up your tent if you require additional information.
  • REMINDER: Teams are responsible for making sure tents are secured with their own weights or sandbags. Tents will blow away if they are not weighted down. No spikes are allowed, as the tents will be on sand.
  • Liquor consumption, BBQ’s, open fires, and commercial activity is strictly prohibited without permission from the Festival.

Marshalling and Medals

  • Marshalling and pre-marshalling in effect. Please budget time accordingly. A race number flip chart will be provided by the Race Registrar tent and by Marshalling.
  • Medals: Gold, silver, bronze awarded 20 minutes after each final from Race Registrar tent.
  • Team Photos: Regardless of whether you’re first in the race or first in your lane, we invite you to visit our official photographer after your final race by the photo backdrop to get your official team photo in!

On Site Amenities

  • Race Registrar: in Plaza by the permanent washroom facility by the racer area beside the Lagoon
  • Washrooms: permanent washrooms facility by the racer area beside the Lagoon (marked with blue flags)
  • Water: Harrison has installed a bottle refill station on the side of the washroom facility by the racer area beside the Lagoon. (marked with blue flags) Bottled water WILL NOT be available from the Festival. Please bring your own reusable water bottle to reduce the Festival’s impact on the environment.
  • First Aid: First Aid attendant beside Race Registrar by washrooms
  • Vendors: Grassy area between Marshalling and Race Registrar
  • Results Board: In front of the permanent washroom facility by the racer area beside the Lagoon
  • Racer Parking: Click here for directions to racer overflow parking at 435 Hot Springs Road on the grassy field (enter from Miami River Drive).
