Through our series of year-round events- and at a range of scales, we’re ready to work with you to build up our community, together. Let’s get started.

Exhibitor, Samplers, Marketplace, and Food Truck Inquiries

Be part of our events, and exhibit/sell your product to up to 125,000 spectators and racers from around the world. Be part of something bigger at the continent’s flagship event- the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat Festival; regional signature events like the Vessi 500 Championship, FreshCo Richmond Dragon Boat Festival, and Oddball Fall Classic, to community favourites like the Harrison Dragon Boat Festival or Burnwater Spring Sprint/Burnwater Youth Regatta. Or, connect even deeper at events like our Birds Nest Properties Community Paddling Days, and Lunar New Year community festivals.

Standard activation spaces start at 10X10, and open annually over the summer. Please note that marketplace opportunities typically fill up 1 month or more ahead of each event, and food truck spots are generally limited.

Join us as we unite our community through a unique celebration at the intersection of culture and competition.

Our partners have an opportunity to build up high-impact programs at a unique event with deep roots in Vancouver stretching back to Expo 86.
